  • Amazing

As reviewed by James on 4/19/2010

I cant put into words how much I love this thing. I play 5 nights a week in the bars and clubs and I've had so many people say how they love the sound of my guitar since I've started using this. The eq on this thing is far superior to the built in tone adjustment on my Yamaha XLL16 and most others I've played. I just wish I would have bought this thing sooner.

  • I don't think so

As reviewed by David Cromer on 5/3/2011

I play a Taylor and for the money I did not think it helped the over tone of sound that was produced by my guitar. For the price I would not purchase another one if I had it to do over.

  • Awesome!

As reviewed by Chris on 3/19/2010

Having used L.R. Baggs pickups, I had high expectations for the Venue DI. I was not disappointed. First, the unit is well-constructed and should hold up well for many years to come. EQ and other controls are well laid out, and the tuner is bright and easy to use. Most importantly, this device makes my guitars sound great! With only a small amount of tinkering, I was able to dial up pefect tone for my Martin 6- and 12-strings. Then there's the issue of feedback. With the notch filter, even the most technologically challenged guitarist can eliminate it in a matter of seconds. The Venue DI would be a steal at twice its price. Thanks, L.R. Baggs!
