Heads - no warranty or guarantee.
Natural wood products - no warranty.
Bags and cases - 90 day warranty.
RhythMix - one year warranty, with the exception of heads.
LP wood or fiberglass shells, timbale shells, stands and hardware, hardware (rims, etc.) - 3 year warranty.

I received these as a present last year, and I was amazed. Before, I was playing the fiberglass maracas, which are great for a loud band. But these sound so much better. They can still be played loudly, but the sound is less piercing and more organic. While you could play with a full band with these, these are also perfect for acompanying acoustic guitar, or other acoustic instruments. There is more to the maracas than just shaking them- with a little practice, you will find awesome rhythms that will have people scratching their heads. Maracas are a must have for anyone who calls themself a percussionist, and I think these are the most versatile.
