Crafted from Siam oak, these Latin Percussion LPP601 Performer Series Bongos sing in the upper-mid frequencies with full open tones and crackle with high pitched slaps. The new exterior shell design and steel bottoms provide extra durability and stability when playing your bongo drums. EZ-Curve rims and tucked heads also come standard. An excellent and affordable choice for beginning and intermediate bongo players. Head sizes are 6-3/4" and 8".

I recently bought these Bongos in my local Southern California store. They are a really good buy. The sounds they produce are fantastic, crisp and clear. The Vintage Sunburst color schem is out of this world and the finish is the best I have seen. These bad boys sound geat in all settings. DEFINTE:Y A WORTH WHILE BUY!!! I cant't wait to get them out on the beach with friends.
I bought these bongos for many reasons. they look really good (sunburst look amazing). they sound so crisp its not even funny. i got many compliments saying they look really cool. they're a little heavy so watch it. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY BEGINNER!
I picked these bongos up and i cant keep my hands off of them. The quality and tone are great. Great resonating sound. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who seriously wants to play the bongos.
