Excellent little PA system for practice rooms or VERY small gigs. Our band just needed a small system for vocals in our practice studio, and this fit our needs perfectly. I don't think I would have purchased it at full price, but the sale price made it the best value by far. Plenty of power to get the vocals out over the rest of the band playing at full "metal" volume! We've also tried guitar direct through the PA with excellent results. The effects and features are top notch and far better than I had expected at this price range. Suggest buying stands or some other method of getting the speakers up to eye level. We had feedback issues with them down lower. Unfortunately they only have a 1" hole for stands, instead of the industry standard. So normal PA stands won't work unless you fabricate an appropriate diameter top. I am very happy with this PA and honestly believe you can't get a better system without getting into this price range.
My band has been using a small bass amp to sing through for quite some time. when we needed to sing more than one part it was a real hassle to gather around the one mic, so 5 mics into one unit is definitely our favorite feature. the speakers are plenty loud, and we plan to buy the stands for them. There is plenty more great things to say about the PA, but i have not given it 5/5 strictly for the fact that we cannot get the effects to work whatsoever. that may just be a defective system, but i cannot judge that, as i have only dealt with the one. We don't mind that much though because it still gets plenty loud and very clear. We just love it.
I ordered this online last week from GC, and used it today for the first time in a 5 hour rehearsal. It was great. Everyone in the band loved it. It has plenty of power, the sound quality was excellent. I needed a PA system for just our practices and I saw this and snatched it up. I play in a rock band that has a horn section on some songs, and this little PA does the job. Easy to set up and also haul to where ever. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and even my band members are thinking of purchasing it after what they heard today!
