Big Sound in a Small Package

I recommend this PA to anyone looking for inexpensive, portable and multiple use. I've been a gigging guitar player for over 10 years and played everything from backyards to the Park West in Chicago. I know PA systems. I purchased my Kustom solely as a "practice" PA for myself (i.e. so I could sing and play alone accompanied by some backing tracks via my laptop, my drum machine or with a buddy). Turns out I started using it at small gigs (backyards, block parties, etc.) This thing is great. Portable! Used it for an outdoor wedding for the ceremony - perfect! Used it as a "DJ Station" (plugged my iTunes from my laptop into it) for a family reunion - people were dancing and karaoke crazy when I plugged a couple mikes in as well!) Finally: showed up for an outdoor 2-man acoustic gig and there was another 2-man band with a PA twice the size/power/weight. They made fun of mine, but it started to rain. Long story short... we used mine and those other 2 guys were like "Where did you get that? It sounds really good! Love the convenience... blah blah blah Bottom line: check one out for yourself before buying a Fender Passport! Trust me. Definitely get speaker stands.

GREAT FOR SMALL VENUE

I have had this system for over three years. Thanks to a sales person (Brian) at the Canton, MI Guitar Center. I told him what I was looking for and he didn't try to push something higher priced on me. Believe it or not but I needed this for a gig I did in Vegas. It was for a Vietnam reunion and it was held in one of the Casinos convention rooms. These rooms are not small, in fact they are bigger than many clubs. This PA system packs together all in one suit case with wheels bag. It is just like pulling your suit case behind you. Even though the speakers are small they put out enough sound to cover a small/medium venue. The sound is clear if you use good mics. Each mic is controled with seperate plugins which allow you to use 1/4 inch jacks or regular mic jacks. The master section allows you to control the whole head. For the money, the ease, the quality. If your not needing a big PA system then this is the one for you. By the way. I put it up against Fenders twice the price PA system, the Kustom won hands down. In the years I have had it, I have never been let down. Once again. This is not a PA for Yankee Statium, but great for small gigs or one man bands.

Great System for Home Use

The Kustom One system has been great for home and small functions. It is so convenient having the speaker stands and system all compact in the Roller Bag. It is virtually "pack-n-go". I would recommend this system to anyone looking for good quality sound in such a small package!
