The Kustom KPC15 15" PA Speaker Cabinet is a great cab for medium and small gigs. Specially voiced crossover ensures clear separation of frequencies for crisp, full-range reproduction. A 15" woofer delivers deep, rumbling low frequencies, while a 7" x 15" horn (with overload protector) produces bright high-end tones. These Kustom speakers have two parallel input jacks, sturdy construction with reinforced corners, and heavy-duty Tolex covering.

Picked these up for a show venue we run at our church. We run a coffee house every month, have a 12 channel Behringer mixer, Peavey PA amp, needed speakers. We were borrowing from a friend who has a band, but we hd a conflict with a gig, so decided to buy some. These were on sale at the right price, and they performed for our show admirably. Witht eh 100W Peavey head they had more than ample sound for our room, which holds about 80-100 people. The sound was full, crisp and clear. The bottom end tends to be a little light, kind of boomy, but ok. The highs are crisp and clear. Setup was easy with the 1/4 phone jacks; simply ran the speaker cables from the amp to the two speakers. The weight isn't too bad, easy for lifting onto the speaker stands. My only area of concern is the speaker stand pockets.....they seem a bit fragile, and I expect that they will punch through at some point.....a big fear. The speakers looked good, fit our stage area perfectly, and performed well. We'll be using them every month, for sure.
Out of the box there was too much midrange for me. I got a DBX graphic equalizer and now the speakers sound wonderful. The sound is big, clear and powerful - and excellent value.
I like to get my moneys worth when i make a purchase mostly due to the fact that im a poor high school student, and i cant afford to buy something thats not worth the price. These speakers were more than i expected. they seemed a little small on the pic, but when i recived them they were way bigger than i though. anyways, about preformance. wonderful sound, the woofers handle the lows very well, and the speakers are very crisp. minimal buzzing at high volumes, and honestly there is enough speaker in this pair to blow out a roof!!!! lots of ear ringing lol. in closing i highly recommend these for small to mid sized gigs and am happy that i purchased them.
