I ordered this through Guitar Center. I ordered the "full" stack (with the 2 12's.) Had to have the head special ordered through Krank and it took quite a while because they are backlogged.
This is my first tube amp and it is beautiful. Very well made, looks professional and great. THIS AMP IS EXTREMELY LOUD. I'm probably going to have to buy a power attenuator to be able to practice with this in my room because Master at 1 is loud, 3 is the neighbors are knocking, and 5+ is the cops getting called. I would put this up against just about any 100 watt amp-cab or combo.
The Krankenstein jr is so loud that I have no doubts that I have the wattage and volume to play large clubs.
With the Sweep knob there is a multitude of tones you can get out of this amp. I've had mine for a few days and I'm still trying to dial in a tone that I am satisifed with, but it's there. With the sweep turned all the way up you can get that brittle Randy Rhoads style sound, with it all the way off it sounds like Kerry King in Slayer. Very versatile, I bet I could dial in some awesome blues tones if I wanted to.
The Stein channel ("Distortion") is loud, crisp, and has plenty of gain (or even a lack thereof) to get whatever tone you want.
The Kleen channel is warm and tight.
I highly recommend this amp.
