Ive had this cab for a while and it is by far the best I?ve owned. It has tons of bottom end and handles the highs really well. As for the cab it?s made of poplar. I was a little hesitant on a poplar cabinet because I always liked birch, but this cabinet sounds better than any birch cabinet I played so it doesn?t really matter if the woods cheaper because it works better. I also like the grill. You can pop it off without undoing any screws. The downfall with this cab is the weight. The thing is heavy as hell. It?s a lot of weight to be lugging around. Another downfall is this cabinet is never in stock anywhere! No stores really carry them and the sites like this one; they never keep a stock of this cabinet. This is why I am waiting two months for my second one to come in. All in all this as a great cabinet and can handle just about anything you throw at it. It?s well worth the wait.
This cab is simply amazing. Great speakers, contructed well and has a real boomy bottom end. The thing sounds massive. Sounds good clean too. Ive been meaning to get one for a while unfortunatly the one i ordered had me waiting for it on backorder for four months so i had to cancel:(...Overall if you can find one of these for sale then go with it. Hopefully one day ill come across one i can buy.
