I have been making electronic music for a couple of years now and have used programs from FL Studio to Reason and now I am working with Ableton Live. I figured I needed to learn how to use actual faders and knobs eventually so I picked up a Korg nanoKONTROL and let me just say it is great. So far it has worked perfectly for me and is really great in helping me learn how to tweak the settings in a live situation. The only problem I ran into was setting the drivers up but it was quickly solved after a Google search.
