Acoustic guitar is where many a musical soul lives and these strings target this expressive, artistic approach. Earthtones are seasoned between -320F and +350F for 24 hours to reduce the possibility of micro-cracks that cause tonal loss and premature breakage. Thanks to the repetitive HOT/COLD tempering process, the micro-cracks close up, preventing the buildup of dirt and corrosion. Strength, sound, and string life are enhanced.

    One of the strings was bent about 4 inches up from the bridge end. The strings I had put on by that point sounded fine but I wouldn't buy this brand, after all, a bent string is a useless one. I've been playing guitar for 10 years and have never had this problem with any of the major string companies.
