The SX90R “Shadow ”Professional Alto Saxophone has a solid black nickel-plated body made from nickel-silver, with black finger buttons and silver-plated keys. Nickel silver is a denser metal that is very responsive and produces focused, well-balanced, yet powerful sound. It is also very light weight and highly stable.
The action of the SX90R is ergonomically optimized and the key work is light and responsive. The RH finger spacing is closer together for comfort and speed.
Other top shelf features include a 5-1/4" bell, rolled tone holes, adjustable thumb rest, adjustable palm keys, extra F-arm with adjusting screw, G# pad cup lifting mechanism, stainless steel screws, mother-of-pearl key inlays without metal rim, waterproof leather pads with metal resonators, and hydraulically formed neck.
