The Keilwerth “Tone King” saxophones harken back to the original “ToneKing” saxophone from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s in producing a robust, rich sound with the projection needed in today’s musical settings. Featuring a gold lacquer body and straight tone holes, the “Tone King” comes in a specially-designed case and has many of the elements Keilwerth saxophones are renowned for: adjustable left-hand side keys, a large bow for easy low-end response and a large bell to aid in sound projection and tone quality. The straight tone holes (as opposed to the rolled tone holes of the SX90R Series saxophones) give the “Tone King” a slightly brighter tone while still retaining the core and character associated with Keilwerth saxophones.
