Comments about Kaces Conga Bag with Wheels:
These cases are more like gig bags for congas. They are cushioned which is pretty much all you need since all the other cases for congas aren't really shaped in size for stacking other misc. items on them. The zippers may be an issue later down the line but if you purchased cases for your gear then you are probably concerned about the treatment of your congas and therefore your ability to care about your gear would extend to these cases as well. There is a nice thick cushion on the base where the conga head sits on thus allowing the transportation of this to be more functional since its not top heavy. The cord for securing the case to the drum is nice but not all that needed. I gave this product 4 out of 5 stars because the pocket on the side of the case could have been just a little bit bigger with a zipper instead of Velcro. I play with my congas either on stands or with them sitting directly on the ground. When I have them on the ground, I use the 4 rubber feet elevating my conga about an inch and a half from the floor. One of these rubber footings is a little bit bigger and thicker than the size of a deck of cards. The pocket on the side of this case can hold the 4 that are needed for each drum but you cannot secure them with the Velcro since the pocket just isn't quite big enough. If it was big enough then a zipper as opposed to Velcro would also be nice just for more security. I also gave this case 4 out of 5 stars as it fits the congas I have with no issue but if you are playing on Giovanni Palladiums, I don't think that drum will fit into this case because the Palladiums are 32 inches as opposed to the 30 inch height congas I have. I just don't think you will be able to get that zipper over the top without compromising the structural integrity of the stitching which holds the zipper to the case. All in all, I would say that these cases are great. I play with a quinto, conga, and tumba and I've been accustom to making 2 trips to load my drums in and out but, with these cases I can make it in one trip. The backpack straps and wheels allow for this. Although I create a bit of unwanted attention to myself with a conga case strapped to my back while I have 2 others in tow, it really makes my life just that much easier not having to make another trip. I'm also a bit paranoid about who will be touching, moving, or wanting to steal the other drum while I'm not there. Keeping all 3 congas together at all times alleviates me of that paranoia.
