Overview

The 130 Años model celebrates 130 years since José Ramírez I began building Spanish guitars. Since then, the Ramirez family has passed on this craft from generation to generation. Amalia Ramirez chose the cherry blossom rosette design as a dedication to the reconstruction of Japan after the events of March 2011. Japanese partnerships have been important to the Jose Ramirez family for more than 50 years and this guitar is a token of sincere wishes towards prosperity, renaissance and fortune for this precious land and its wonderful people.

One Beautiful Guitar

By

from Oxnard, CA

Comments about Jose Ramirez 130 Años CD Classical Guitar:

Incredibly clear tones, wonderful sustain, good bass, perfect balance between bass and treble, and on top of that it's a beautiful guitar to look at. It is impeccably finished. The bridge even has an extension to protect the body from the string ends. The action can be set low without danger of buzzing. The tuning machines are smooth and accurate. The notes are true up and down the neck. I can't find anything not to like. If this is not a professional performance guitar, then it's as close as you'll get without getting into the range where you have to decide between a new car and a new guitar!
