Better than any mod. Better than any tube swap. This speaker breathed life into my Blues Junior in an unbelievable way. I thought my amp was decent to begin with, but I knew it could be better. When I plugged this bad boy in the clouds opened up and I heard angels singing! I now know what people mean when they say it sounds like a blanket was lifted off the amp with this speaker change. I have been chasing that SRV sound for many years. This speaker provided that clean, transparent spank I have always wanted... even before it was broke in. DO NOT HESITATE... I repeat... DO NOT HESITATE to buy this speaker! You will thank me!!!
These are the exact replacement I needed to make my '67 Bandmaster sound like it should. Great lows and crisp mids and highs. These are the recommended replacement for the originals and they deliver on every level. Jensen has always been super reilable and I am counting on these to last.
I recently blew up the speaker in my Hot Rod Deluxe by whatever strange reason. After a couple of weeks of research to find the replacement, I decided to go with the C12N and couldnt be happier with my choice. Perfect response of mids, lots of headroom for lows and crystal clear highs. Now I know one of the big secrets of the Fender Twin Reverb, wich are the 100watt version of the C12N. They sound so sweet and perfect! Totally recommended!
