I bought these bridge pins and was so flustered to find that they didn't fit the holes on my bridge. In my fit of rage I had an idea. I wet down 6 q-tips(not sopping but wet enough) and put them in the holes for ten minutes. The wood of my bridge soaked up some of the water and swelled making the holes smaller. I tried again but this time I bent the ball end of my strings a little. PRESTO they worked and worked beautifully. I don't think I would recommend these to anyone for all the trouble they gave me but they work if your willing to work with them. I really hope i don't have to swell the bridge holes every time i change strings.
Read other reviews about these treasures so you don't think I'm just a crybaby.If you think these will fit YOUR guitar(like I did), you ARE wrong. Maybe they would fit a mandolin, but not a guitar. In order to transmit vibrations effectivly pegs must be in full contact with wood, these things almost fall thru the holes,pure junk. I was so dissappointed I thru the second set in the trash. I'm sure I could have sent them back and got my money back,GC it very good about that.By returning them I would have made it possible for one more person to get burned, so I kept them off the shelf and put them where they belong. My issue is with Jellifish, they have been making these since at least since '05 and haven't changed them. Put 'em in a package, tell a few lies about them, and sell to anyone that believes their hype, this is sad.Enough said, just thinking about it makes my blood boil.
