  • Good for begginers on the Matrix

    It ok , to begin the chapter on improvising was small and usless the exercises were the same as the first one exept the first one was in quarter notes then eithnotes and then it changes keys, that took about half the book the other half is pretty good for newcomers to the coltrane matrix and explains the cycle of decending major thirds. Im not complaining about the book because for the price its a great book i recomend getting this before you go into any big Giant Steps harmony analysis . THIS IS A MUST HAVE
