this is a real good product for the cost.great for a learn or starting out, price of this iteam is not hard on the pocket either.I bought 2 of these and my 8yr old grandson has had alots of fun with it .We set and toot out sounds from our blue grass turns some church songs as well. ever ever happy with this.
I hadn't played harmonica in about 20 years and didn't want to spend a lot of money on something I wouldn't use a lot, so I bought this one. If you're looking for a toy to give a kid and don't mind if it gets lost or broken, or if you just want to see if playing the harmonica is for you without investing any real cash, this will probably get the job done. However, you'll quickly outgrow it. It's certainly not intended as a pro instrument. It's pitched pretty high, so you can't tune your guitar to a standard tuner first. Admittedly, you typically tune your guitar to the harmonica for playing solo, but if there's a piano around, forget using this harp as accompaniment. It's also fairly out of tune to itself. On the plus side, it bends notes nicely, and it actually sounds pretty good. I played live with it the first week, but had to be extremely light and gentle on some notes to be anywhere near in tune. I'm definitely buying a better one.
