I really like the body of this guitar but the pickups are weak. The one i got was the black with white bevel but the picture is diff from the real one i got black with black. There's buzz in 1-3rd frets of 2nd and 3rd strings. The jumbo frets are nice. Good for lead but when i try to switch from nridge to neck pick up some strings doesnt sound good. So I wasn't satisfied and returned it.

Comments about Jackson JS32T Rhoads Electric Guitar:

This is probably the best guitar I've ever gotten at such a low price point. Spending less than $300 on a guitar can be risky, but this one is a gem. Fast neck, low action, lightweight, great tone, and awesome looks to boot. I had always wanted a Randy Rhoads and now I am glad I took the chance to buy this one.

Comments about Jackson JS32T Rhoads Electric Guitar:

Been playing for 35 years and have always been a HUGE Randy Rhoads fan. I doubt you can find a better guitar for the price. Have it shipped to your local Guitar Center and have them do a setup on it if you're not familiar with the process. The pickups are pretty good but will upgrade them to my taste shortly. I think it's common knowledge that any flying v is not comfortable to play sitting down. That being said, love this guitar.

Comments about Jackson JS32T Rhoads Electric Guitar:

I will be short, but it will be hard. I have Gibson's and Fender's priced in the stratosphere (pardon the pun) and while that is a hard comparison to draw to a Flying V metal budget guitar, this guitar is absolutely amazing. I cannot put it down. Great sound out of whatever bottom line pups Jackson used here, beautiful fast neck/fretboard and this thing cannot go out of tune... it is amazing. I don't know if I got the only one like this, but man I love mine. To be fair, it needed a top to bottom setup, but I am not a guitar tech by any means, just a player than doesn't have a roadie... That being said, a simple glance down the neck and a 1/4 turn or two to level out this neck and this thing is amazing. I would like to note that the truss rod adjustment was instant, and spot on. Some of my other instruments can take considerable time for the change on the truss to actually move the neck. This was instant and worked perfectly. Restrung it with quality strings (10's) and this guitar is just wonderful. Can hold the tuning and play-ability with the 10's all the way down to drop C. At full price this is comparable to a significantly more expensive model. I also own a Jackson soloist and while that has better garnishments, the EMG's shine in the clarity department, and a neck through design, this JS32 can keep right up and as it is a V, it is actually more comfortable to play IMO.

Comments about Jackson JS32T Rhoads Electric Guitar:

I know it's an entry level guitar, but because of the Jackson name I was hoping for a certain level of craftsmanship. I was mistaken. The fret buzz on this guitar is ridiculous and it's almost impossible to tune it because it seems like the tuning pegs slip or won't turn as you're adjusting, then all of the sudden it turn a whole bunch. I've always wanted to have on of these guitars and this one is a huge let down, I'll be returning it first chance I get.

Comments about Jackson JS32T Rhoads Electric Guitar:

I thought this one is the beast! But after hours of playing and comparing my junior epiphone sounds better. The pickup of this one is weak. Couldnt understand much of a technical chord. When it comes to speed this one is a killer. I got a smoother feel than my epiphone. The reason why im giving this a 1 star is because the black with white bevel i ordered came with a black pick guard and the tone knob is lose. There are fret buzz in 2nd and 3rd strings. When switching pickups theres a knocking sound inside the guitar that makes you feel its cheap. The feedback is really annoying. I love the shape though but not a good buy.

I wasnt expecting much from a guitar this price. But I was surprised by the quality and sound of it. Very thick power sound. Played through Line 6 POD, sounds like it's coming off a $2000 gear. LOL

Comments about Jackson JS32T Rhoads Electric Guitar:

I really want to give this guitar a 4 star rating but when I start to write why I really can't think of a good reason. My complaints are only what you should expect for a guitar that cost under 200 bucks. The pickups could be better but not bad. The tuners need an upgrade. I purchased the black with white bevels which the picture shows with a white pick guard, mine arrived with a black pick guard, which I think looks better. The fit and finish were flawless. I only had to tune it up. I have never had a guitar out of the box that played this nice. The action was spot on. It is made in china but that didn't seem to hurt quality. If you are looking to get an offset v body style look to see if this entry level model might do the trick, its primed for upgrades as well.
