Overview

Jackson's entry-level JS32T King V suits the needs of beginning electric guitar players and offers the best in materials, workmanship, and value. The distinct King V body shape allows easy access to the upper frets and has great tone and sustain. Features an Indian cedro body, bolt-on maple neck 24 fret compound radius rosewood fingerboard with Jackson's classic sharkfin inlay, Jackson CVR high-output humbucking pickups, adjustable string-through-body bridge, and chrome hardware.

Jackson's compound-radius fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out. With a more relaxed hand, you'll play better!

this is an update since the last post

this guitar is still a good buy for beginners ive got a bit of buzzing with lower frets. but dont let that get in your way because the guitar is a 2007 so its been out and play since then it has great sustain for big chords but that's about it.its a bit thin which is expected due to the wood its really this guitar is good for people with smaller hand that want to sweep pick other wise i advise you buy something else its been a good guitar it will stay in my collection as it was my first guitar that actually sound good mainly becuase i put dactivators in it and it has some custom treatment so it will stay

Great Guitar for the Price!

By Kyle Cregeur

from Bad Axe, Michigan

I got this guitar a couple years ago, and it is awesome! This is one sweet lookin' guitar! The neck is really thin and comfortable. I wish the body had a scoop on the back like the ESP's though. I think it'd be a little bit more comfortable to play but it's still a very comfortable guitar. It's fairly light and it's not neck heavy at all. The only bad thing about it is the pickups. They sound pretty good clean but they're not good for metal. I like playing thrash metal so i bought an EMG 81X for the bridge and an EMG 85X for the neck and put some GHS custom light boomers on it, and it totally screams! The EMG's have a ton of gain, but they are very clear and have a lot of dynamics. They clean up pretty good too. And the boomers make it sound nice and bright. This guitar is great for the price, but with a little work, this thing is awesome!!!

ammazing

I picked this guitar up at a store in utah and I had gotten a deal on it . the guitar stock is a good guitar for the price but unless you want it to be a great guitar you will have to swap out the pick-ups and do some work on it which should come with any guitar that doesn't cost 2000 dollars and has a toasted maple neck. I've only had to problem if you put a higher string gauge file the nut down or it will split in half and second the tone pot is sturdy for about a year then it starts to move a bit which cuts off the signal from the guitar to the amp a bit of super glue and some electrical tape will take care of it, however it has amazing sustain for chords so with the right humbuckers it can be just about anything but a jazz guitar on a cheap little solid state amp it has great harmonic and a nice 24 fret neck i can just imagine what it would sound like through an tube amplifier.it will not be your everything guitar though you'll need to move up sometime but that time will be delayed with this beauty.but stock it is made for nothing but pure shredding metal. Ive put dimarzio d activators which make it go from beautiful cleans to singing shred.i plan on making more mods on this guitar to make it and even more beautiful beast.
