I got this guitar without the sharktooth inlays and i must say this guitar is really good. Great smooth fast neck the stock pickups are good for beguinners but if your more experienced you might want to change them. The only problems i have about it are the 24th fret is hard to get up to, and the bodies shape is kind of weird at first. But overall This guitar is amazing. Best guitar i have ever bought to date.

This is a low end guitar. It is made in Korea and it is the cheapest Jackson you can get. I bought one thinking it would get my by until I could afford the more expensive USA model but I returned it after one day. The Kelly is an excellent guitar, just not this version. It is made with cheap woods and other materials. The construction is also not high quality. The pickups, everything on this guitar is second rate. The next step up is the KE-3, which is a bit better but still not a high end guitar. Now I realized that it is expensive, in fact it took me a year of payments to be able to afford it, but if you can possible find a way it is WELL worth the wait until you can afford the USA KE-2 Kelly. It is the same shape as this, but that is where the similarity ends, that guitar has the best of everything, woods and other materials like the original floyd rose trem (not a cheap licensed version) neck through construction instead of bolt on. Top level finishes, nice Seymour Duncan Pickups. It is truly a great guitar and if you get a chance to try one out you will immediately see the obvious difference in quality. The USA version is a guitar that you will never outgrow, that you will keep for the rest of your life. You will NOT have any poor quality fret jobs such as on this cheap model. To me this guitar was simply useful for kindling. There are other inexpensive guitars that I would buy if I could not buy the USA KE-2 in the meantime that are much better than this guitar, for a few hundred more you can get a very very much better guitar. Get one of those, try out every guitar in your price range in the store and you will find something that fits you. In the end having one really nice guitar like a USA Jackson KE-2 will make you MUCH happier than 10 cheap guitars. My USA Jackson has gone up in value, all my cheaper guitars have gone down, how much I wish I would have not got them and had the combined money for one really nice guitar. It is the only way to go. A Jackson Kelly is an awesome guitar...just not this cheap version.

Nice guitar

Comments about Jackson JS32T Kelly Electric Guitar with Gig Bag:

I got this not long ago and I can't put it down! The neck is friggin awesome, and the pickups are fantasstic for the price. It's kind of medium weight, but I can relate to James hetfield when he said these shape guitars fit him the best. I really like the snow white color of it, and the sharkfin inlays look fantastic! The tuners are great, and keep in tune very well. I would definitely recomend this to anyone who like awesome guitars

Sweet Guitar

By Casey Coates

Comments about Jackson JS32T Kelly Electric Guitar with Gig Bag:

For the price, really good guitar. I've only had it for about two weeks, but I love it. Great addition to my collection. I play it through a digitech hot head distortion pedal, and a Randall RX20 amp. I play a lot of hard rock and thrash metal, and this guitar is great for it. It only has one volume control and one tone control, but other than that, stock hardware is great. The pickups sound great through the clean channel, and you can really jam with distortion added. The gigbag is a little loose, offers virtually no protection, but it's a universal fit bag, and gigbags aren't made for protection, but it's definitely better than carrying around alone till you can get a hardshell case. Overall, I would definitely recomend this guitar. It's nice and liteweight, and has a bolt on neck, which makes repairs a hell of a lot easier if something happens to the head or neck. This is just my opinion, but if you buy it, you won't be disappointed

Amazing Guitar! No Regrets!

By Andrew

Comments about Jackson JS32T Kelly Electric Guitar with Gig Bag:

I bought the black version and the guitar is great. The pickups actually are pretty good and totally worth the price. The guitar has an amazing neck witch gets thinner as it goes down so its comfortable to shred. It's perfect for metal. Also, It comes with a Jackson gig bag that is amazing. It has a tab book pouch and a pouch for other things like picks and strings. If I could I would give it 6 stars.

I would be lying if I said this guitar was bad...

Comments about Jackson JS32T Kelly Electric Guitar with Gig Bag:

This guitar is amazing, and that pretty much sums up everything I'm about to write.Anyway, the guitar just feels so right for my style of playing, which is metal/metalcore, or anything in that ball park. I play it through a Line 6 Spider IV and the sound is just downright awesome. The neck is pretty darn fast, and the action on mine was set just right for me. It stays in tune pretty well, and thats always a good sign for a good guitar. If I absolutely HAD to say something I didn't like about this guitar, it would be that it is a little heavy (no pun intended :D) and that it took me a couple days to get used to the weight of it. I used to play an old Epiphone SG, and thats was pretty light, so changing weight did take me some getting used to.All in all, i give this guitar 5 stars, hands down, especially for the price.

Awesome guitar

Comments about Jackson JS32T Kelly Electric Guitar with Gig Bag:

I've had this guitar for about 2 years and i love it. people are saying how bad the pickups are but i dont think they adjusted them because i felt the same way then i raised my bridge pickup and lowered my neck pickup a little and it sounds great. It doesnt feel like a toy either, which is a big plus. i would definatelly recomend this for people who play heavier music because boy can this guitar play some metal. i never realized how much heavier this guitar sounded until i played my friends SG haha. I love this guitar and i think any low budget, metal playing guitarist would enjoy it too.

Comments about Jackson JS32T Kelly Electric Guitar with Gig Bag:

this was my first guitar and its just beautiful at looks and sound. It really gets attention from people and from people i mean girls but there is a problem with it, when you play arpegios you might feel trapped but that is really more dificult guitar playingso it is the perfect begginer guitar.Im getting a custom guitar so if you buy this as a begginer guitar after 1 or 2 years buy one with a floyd rose or i suggest getting a custom guitar from jackson because the guitar it just the way you like it but anyway it is a perfect begginer guitar. i really recomend this guitar

Good for the money

By Daniel Hillshafer

from Powell, WY

Comments about Jackson JS32T Kelly Electric Guitar with Gig Bag:

Ok, so I bought this guitar to give away but before doing so I had to put it through the motions. For the low price, this guitar is great! No, this isn't pro level gear, but for the beginner who'll be getting this from me-it's perfect! The pickups are hot, the neck is very fast, it stays in tune pretty well; what else could you ask for from an entry-level shredder? You want to start playing metal? Get this guitar NOW! I've honestly never played a better guitar for this price and I've been at it for over 20 years!

Decent guitar

By Mark Seeley

from Charleston, SC

Comments about Jackson JS32T Kelly Electric Guitar with Gig Bag:

Got this guitar for Christmas 2010 and it's a pretty good entry level electric. My favorite feature is the neck. It's extremely fast and smooth. The access to the upper frets is pretty good until you get to about the 22nd fret. It plays well standing up or sitting down. Although, when you stand up the guitar will not stay still. It will move down. The pick ups are so-so, but that's to be expected for an entry level guitar. I'm planning on dropping a duncan distortion in the bridge and a 59 in the neck. The strings that come with the guitar are garbage, so make sure you put on a new set as soon as you purchase it. As mentioned in another review, the major downfall of this guitar is that it comes out of tune easily. As far as looks go, this guitar is a beauty! The Kelly body is a work of art and the shark fin inlays add to that "metal" look.
