Overview

The sleek, offset-V Rhoads is the legendary heart from which the Jackson Bloodline is pumped. The JS32 Rhoads with FLoyd Rose Electric Guitar features an alder body, rock maple neck, and a 24-fret compound-radius rosewood fingerboard, two high-output Jackson CVR2 humbucking pickups, and a Floyd Rose-Licensed JT580 double-locking 2-point tremolo.

Compound Radius Fingerboard
A feature unique to Jackson that lets you shred like no other. It is rounder near the nut โ€“ perfect for fingering crushing chords and deadly riffs. Then, as you climb the neck, the fingerboard flattens out, making it perfect for effortless warp-speed shredding and the widest string bends known to man.

24 Jumbo Frets
The 24 jumbo frets are superbly finished and easily accessible on all models. When combined with Jackson's compound radius fingerboard, this feature ensures effortless string bending and super-fast shredding all the way up to the 24th fret.

Distinctive Shark Fin Inlays
Undeniable, unmistakable, and 100% Jackson. This instantly recognizable feature makes our guitars stand out from the crowd. Jackson guitars not only play better โ€“ they look better, too.

High-Output, Custom-Voiced Covered Jackson Pickups
Painstakingly voiced for full, rich tone while providing maximum overdrive and sustain. These bad boys also clean up nicely when rolled back, which isn't always true of high-output pickups.

High-Quality Jackson Gig Bag
Cover your axe. Besides protecting your new JS, the gig bag lets you carry it with ease, confident that it won't get dinged.

I also have the older discontinued model with red bevels, but i replaced the pickups with red dimarzios. When i purchased this guitar it had a horrible set-up and guitar center wouldn't do anything about it. After spending over $800 upgrading it, i was extremely disappointed. Probably because i was comparing it to my gibson explorer pro which has an ebony fretboard, and cost a lot more. Anyway the stock pickups are pretty good, but don't expect it to be an upper model guitar when you buy it. Pros- Great price, Looks Good, Sounds Ok, Thin neck Cons- Unbalanced if you play standing up, feels kind of cheap.

Hard Gain Masterpiece

By Carlos Pineda

from Fresno, CA

Wow, i just cant describe how amazing this guitar is for its price. I went over to guitar center the other day to check out my favorite jackson guitars and i found this sweet item and gave it a shot. The gain on this sucker is intense with such impact on those open notes and melodic riffs. Every note is a lot clearer compared to my Ibanez Rg32 yet harder metal sound. I wish i wouldve found this guitar sooner. This is my next buy for sure.

love it!!!

By Louis

from Albany, New York

I bought this guitar 3 months ago and its really nice, its easy to play (but not really when you're sitting down) and the pickups are really nice too, this is definitely the best metal guitar you can get if you don't play in really low tuning

Just... Awesome

By Tate

from Kansas

don't own the guitar but played it at a local guitar center. The guitar is way more fun to play than to look at a picture of it. the only complaint i had was the tone of the guitar isnt is as heavy as I would like it to be since i am more used to playing death metal riffs, but I'll probably just switch out the neck pickup with an EMG 81, since I am looking foward to buying it this summer. i strongly reccomend this guitar for alexi laiho fans or people how are looking to get a different style of guitar

Needs EMGs

By Eric

from Plant City, Florida

I got this guitar in December. I wanted a Rhoads because Matt Tuck uses them. This guitar has a great look to it! When I first got it I had to get the Floyd Rose setup because its a Licensed not Original. The store pickups are not all that great. I installed dual EMG humbuckers and now this is my main axe. The other problem is that it's not very lightweight at all compared to other guitars. Other than that this guitar has a fairly thin neck and easy access to all of the frets. The locking tuning pegs help a lot since I use the whammy bar quite often. But all you have to do is get guitar center to install EMGs and et them to set up the floyd rose. Your sustain will be unmatched!

Outstanding for the price

By Emanuel

from Hurst, Texas

This is the best metal guitar at 400$ that you can get(period). The pickups are awesome I was going to buy an LTD with EMG-ZH and this baby pickups where cleaner and sounded more metal. Its my first time with a Floyd Rose and I got so frustrated at first, but I already have the hang of it. It has incredible fast neck, you can shred on this baby all night long. I am more than happy that I chose this guitar, its my second guitar after a cheap Behringer after all. But Ive played allot of guitars at this price range and even higher.Let me tell you something, this girl is the best out of all, and I'm not saying it cause I own it. If you want a guitar to play good Metal at this price range, then don't look you have it right here.

AWSOME

By Jony

from Miami, FL

I just bought this guitar not long ago. You cant go wrong with it. Everything is nice. The pickups are very good but i might change them to EMG. The only thing i can say is that its not much of a sit down guitar.

I HAVE THE OLDER MODEL

By Jack R.

from Fredricksburg, Virginia

I have this same guitar but in black w/ blood red bevels and black hardware and it is a discontinued model of this guitar. the pick-ups are very nice for rhythm but i would not recommend this to a shredder (even though it has a very thin neck and a floyd). The neck is down right amazing and extremely fast while still being great for rhythm. it sounds very nice in lower tunings like drop C to drop A and everything in between. It has pretty decent craftsman ship overall good but the Finnish on the licensed floyd chips very easily but that should not be a problem if you are careful. It is a good 2nd or 3rd guitar, its definetly not a toy. It looks great, plays even better but does not sound all that great for soloing and/or shredding but has a great heavy rhythm tone.

AWESOME!!!!!!

By Ethan B.

from Medina,Ohio

Alright, I got this Guitar about 5 months ago as a very early christmas present. I bought it off a bud for $100, and u know what. I AM SO HAPPY. When I found out what a steal i mad i was crazy amazed that i got such a good guitar for that little. I know u guys will end up buying it for about $350, but u know what, its totaly worth it. The pickups are great, the neck is a complete shreder, the Floyd Rose is GOD, and i know alot of people complain about the shape, but u get used to it. I have nothing bad to say about this guitar.
