Overview

The sleek, offset-V Rhoads is the legendary heart from which the Jackson Bloodline is pumped. The JS32 Rhoads with FLoyd Rose Electric Guitar features an alder body, rock maple neck, and a 24-fret compound-radius rosewood fingerboard, two high-output Jackson CVR2 humbucking pickups, and a Floyd Rose-Licensed JT580 double-locking 2-point tremolo.

Compound Radius Fingerboard
A feature unique to Jackson that lets you shred like no other. It is rounder near the nut – perfect for fingering crushing chords and deadly riffs. Then, as you climb the neck, the fingerboard flattens out, making it perfect for effortless warp-speed shredding and the widest string bends known to man.

24 Jumbo Frets
The 24 jumbo frets are superbly finished and easily accessible on all models. When combined with Jackson's compound radius fingerboard, this feature ensures effortless string bending and super-fast shredding all the way up to the 24th fret.

Distinctive Shark Fin Inlays
Undeniable, unmistakable, and 100% Jackson. This instantly recognizable feature makes our guitars stand out from the crowd. Jackson guitars not only play better – they look better, too.

High-Output, Custom-Voiced Covered Jackson Pickups
Painstakingly voiced for full, rich tone while providing maximum overdrive and sustain. These bad boys also clean up nicely when rolled back, which isn't always true of high-output pickups.

Best Guitar EVER!!!

By Jose Velazquez

from Barranquitas, Puerto Rico

Nice guitar, low action, awesome pickups, floyd rose stays in tune(just use two springs if you have tunning problems)nice intonation. Compound Radius Neck is the best thing in this guitar... But, the neck is a little heavy and mine had a grounding issue...

The poor man's Jackson

By Evan McCulloch

from Houston, TX

Read other reviews regarding the "heavy" maple neck on this Rhoads knock-off. Might be heavy for beginners or those unfamiliar with light body weight guitars. The quality is great and coupled with Floyd Rose, the feel is right on. Got this guitar as a spare for drop D tunings. Won't sound like a pro under $300, but the guitar is ready made for mods. Color and binding look great and all components are above par for a layman's axe.

Good but Great

By Jessica Vo

from Oklahoma City, OK

I've had this guitar for about two years. The pros of this guitar is that it has low action, light, and sounds pretty good. The con is that the guitar is very neck heavy. I'm unable to play standing up at all, which means I can never gig with this guitar. Another con is the floyd rose. Every time I use the whammy bar, the strings become out of tune. Advice for beginners or impatient people, don't get Jackson-lisenced floyd roses. If this guitar was stolen, would I buy the same guitar again? It's a good guitar, but no.

Jackson JS32 Rhoads

By Joe Mares

from Houston, Tx

This is a great guitar. I haven't played in over 20 years and wanted to find a good giutar for under $400.00 and I must say I am very happy with my new Jackson JS32 Rhoads Inferno Red Guitar. It gives me the sound I was looking for along with the feel I was wanting. This guitar is very nice and very clean sounding I can't say enough about it except go to your local guitar shop and play on one for a minute and you will like what you feel.

Awesome shredding machine

By SCOTT DUERKSEN

from Salem Oregon

I bought this guitar sight unseen and had it shipped to my house. It arrived in perfect condition and I was playing it after a quick tune. The fit and finish is excellent, the floyd stays in tune at least as good as any strat with a tremelo, and the pickups sound great! This guitar is amazingly fast and comfortable to play. For the price I was astounded at how much of a metal beast this is, plus with the Rhoads shape and Inferno Red paint sparkling I definitlely feel like a rockstar. I have been playing guitar for over 20 years and this is my first Jackson, I have always played strats. I play metal of all kinds, punk, rock, blues, a little country and I could do all of it on this. The floyd doesn't pull up is my only gripe, but I can fix that! I would definitley recommend this guitar to anyone looking to play metal, it is perfect for the price. I didn't expect it to be anywhere near as awesome as it is for an entry level shredder , it is way better than any Ibanez, B.C. Rich, Fender, Etc. in this price range and with a floyd especially. You won't be dissappointed. We will see how it holds up to gigging soon but I'm sure it will be fine and I always take special care of my instruments. Like the other reviewer here I wouldn't really recommend this to a beginner but if you just had to have one I would say get one with the string through bridge and learn to play standing up, I mean I have never hit the stage and sat down so you might as well practice standing up, I always do... This ax has made all my friends wonder where I am and my girl become a widow, I have been playing it so much I haven't left the house for the 3 days since it arrived and you couldn't wipe the smile off my face. I am definitely satisfied and will keep this and cherish it until I such a time I can put some active EMG's and a real floyd on it.

Very good guitar for the price

By Jonathan Lee

from Chicago

I bought this guitar randomly at guitar center about a month ago when I was shopping for a new acoustic. I happened to find mine on clearance because it was supposed to come with a gig bag that they didn't have, but that didn't matter to me. I play just about every style, and this guitar has me covered pretty well. Sure, with the body shape you might not use it live to play jazz or blues, but it will work for almost any genre if you need it to. The body shape did get some taking used to, so I did bash the top wing against a lot of things, like door frames, or chairs, or my desk, and there hasn't been any visible damage as of yet. Because of the body, it is slightly neck heavy, so it will dive just a little, but I can easily live with that. The floyd rose is nice and sturdy, and has so far returned to perfect pitch every time. That being said, this is not a good guitar for a beginner. The body shape makes it difficult to sit down with this guitar and the floyd rose will make it difficult to play for beginners who don't know how to set it up or use it properly. This is an all around amazing guitar, and if you're a Randy Rhoads fan(who isn't?) then this is a great guitar for you.
