Comments about Jackson JS12 Electric Guitar:

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. It came with the neck cracked, I called and talked to many different people and even paid extra for a better guitar, it's been 2 months and NO one at your center can send me a return label. I want my money back!!!!

Comments about Jackson JS12 Electric Guitar:

This is my first Jackson and this guitar is amazing. It's great for metal and it sounds really good with an amp. I love the solid metallic blue color. The body's shape is smooth and comfortable. The fretboard feels nice and it isn't too thick. The strings stay in tune after using the vibrato arm and they can tune down to drop C nicely. I did alot of research before purchasing and I am very satisfied.

Comments about Jackson JS12 Electric Guitar:

This was my first Jackson guitar , i bought the metalic red , js12, received the guitar extremely quickly, was in perfect condition, tuned up and did not put the instrument down for 3 hours, was impressed with the quality , the playability, and the factory set up, will only have to do some personal setup preferences, also will add some dual design dunlop strap locks ,when they come in. Also the easy access to the upper frets will take some getting use to. I play rock , metal, southern rock and some country, Do believe will be able to play any style of music with this instrument.
