Jackson WRXT Warrior Electric Guitar (520326)
Availability:

An extreme design for extreme players.

The shape of the Jackson WRXT X Warrior Electric Guitar is both extreme and practical. Sculpted edges make it comfortable to play and the overall balance of the instrument is excellent. Built with an basswood body, maple bolt-on neck with rosewood compound-radius fingerboard, 24 frets, sharkfin inlays, and a 25-1/2" scale. 2 Duncan Designed Detonator humbucking pickups, and a JT580LP double-locking tremolo equip you for the extreme reaches of hard rock and metal.

Jackson's compound-radius fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out. With a more relaxed hand, you'll play better!

Check the drop-down menu to the right to select colors and/or other options.

  • jackson warrior

As reviewed by erik b on 1/28/2011

the first warrior they sent me was made in india.it was a piece...the second one was made in japan, what a difference that made.i compared that one to my u.s.made gibson les paul studio.for more than half the price, the warrior's build quality was almost as good as my gibson.even though the studio's at the bottom end of the les paul line,it still is a fine guitar.that is why the jackson warrior gives you more bang for your buck!depending on where it was sculpted!

I don't own one of these, but when I purchased my ESP EC 1000, I gave it a good test drive. Maybe it just takes some getting used to, but I wasn't a fan. Too bad too, cause I love the looks of it. I'm in the market for a second guitar now just for lower tuning stuff, so I'll take a second look, but prob not at the top of my list. Seems like the Schrecter's are a bit of a better value.

  • very great guitar for intermediate and up

As reviewed by chris on 10/11/2009

this guitar is very cool and sleek. the stock pickups are actualy very good the trem needs to be broken in but its worth it. if you have the right strings i managed to tune this guitar to drop B and it played very good it might be able to get own to A but i havent tried it, it never ever goes out of tune i have a very different playing style people say where my solos are very bendy and i use my tremelo very agressivly and it just never goes out of tune. this guitar is great for intermediate and above definatly if your looking for a bargain pick this baby up!!!
