Wise Investment

This guitar is very expensive but dont let that bother if you have the cash then this thing is absolutley worth the money the sustain is amazing and the floyd rose is perfect, and the pickups are very high output perfect for a good shred.

Comfortable & Fun to Play

I purchased this guitar yesterday. I have several other guitars (Les Paul Custom, Gibson ES-335, Fender Strat, Washburn, 2xClassical guitars) this guitar is by far the easiest of all to play. The neck has great action and is very comfortable. The only issues I have with this guitar is re-stringing and tuning, but once you learn the tricks its no longer an issue. It is a bit on the pricy side, but I feel it is worth the investment. Also, I had a choice between a PRS & this guitar, I much prefered the feel of this guitar and the sound.

Worth Every Penny

I've wanted a Jackson USA Soloist for years. I bought one about a month ago and have no regrets. The pickups aren't Duncan's highest output models, but they offer a wide range of tones and scream plenty. The action is beautiful; very low and smooth. The neck-thru design gives extra needed sustain. The double-locking tremelo is sturdy enough to deliver divebombs all day with little or no need for retuning. I love playing this guitar.

Awesome guitar

Had this guitar for 3 months now, best neck ever, playability can't be beat. Only knock is the placement of the volume pot. Too close to the bridge, hit it when playing long, fast runs and end up lowering volume when I don't want to. Had to lower the knob closer to the body so it wouldn't turn as easy. If redesigning this, I would move the volume pot away from the bridge, also the high E string is not very loud, had to adjust the PU pole piece to increase gain. Other than that this is the first axe I grab for a gig out of my dozen other axes, some of them twice the price.
