Celebrated for its playability and sustain.

The Jackson SL1 USA Soloist Electric Guitar has a combination of thru-body neck, heelless construction, fast neck profile, and compound-radius fretboard that give it a feel and sound like no other. Seymour Duncan pickups and Original Floyd Rose tremolo come standard on the SL1. The USA Soloist features alder body wings, maple neck, and a bound ebony compound-radius fretboard.

Jackson's compound-radius fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out. With a more relaxed hand, you'll play better!

Jackson SL1 USA Soloist Electric Guitar Features:

  • Alder body (flamed maple top on transparent finishes)
  • Neck-thru-body quartersawn maple
  • Die-cast tuners
  • Ebony fingerboard
  • 24 jumbo frets
  • Mother-of-pearl shark fin position inlays
  • Bound fingerboard and headstock
  • Matching headstock on transparent finishes
  • Inlaid mother-of-pearl Jackson logo
  • Seymour Duncan JB TB4 humbucker (bridge) and Classic Stack humbuckers (middle, neck)
  • Master volume, master tone controls
  • Original Floyd Rose double-locking 2-point tremolo
  • 25-1/2" scale
  • 5-way pickup switch
  • Black hardware (chrome on transparent finishes)
  • CTS pots and Switchcraft switches

Simply the best 6 string schred guitar

I have owned my SL1 for 2 years now and it's still my favorite axe even though I also own 5 Ibanez guitars. I have absolutely no complaints with this guitar

Jackson Soloist Rules

I can't believe the quality of this particular Guitar . I have five guitars total , you know the "Usual Suspects" , but everytime I pick up this beauty , I just feel power , and major quality throughout . I've had this puppy in the case for months , yet when I pull it out to play , it is still in tune !! The neck just feels so good , with that all ebony feel (my favorite) , the neck through body construction , whew , solid . Now for the tone , damn Hot! Really . But don't stop there , because this one has character too . You can get so many different tones just using the Pick-up/tone control scenario , it's just such a beautiful thing ...you really need to feel this one and hear it to understand what I mean . Believe me , this was the best buy I've had for my needs in quite some time !And I'm playing guitars that cost three times as much ....:)peace tomtone
