A more affordable Rhoads model with expanded finish options.

The strikingly designed Jackson RR3 Rhoads Pro Electric Guitar is built for extreme players. The alder body (with flamed maple top on the transparent finishes) joins up with the maple neck and compound-radius rosewood fretboard. Shredder-friendly features include jumbo frets; a Floyd Rose-licensed, Jackson low-profile, double-locking tremolo; Seymour Duncan JB TB4 (bridge) and Jazz SH2N (neck) humbuckers; and volume/volume/tone with 3-way switching. Black hardware completes the visuals.

Jackson's compound-radius fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out. With a more relaxed hand, you'll play better! Includes deluxe Jackson/SKB molded case.

Check the drop-down menu to the right to select colors and/or other options.

This guitar is mad sick! The whole feel of this guitar is just amazing. The seymour duncan pickups give the guitar an awesome sound. Ive had mine for nearly a year now..and not had not one problem with it ever. It sounds great out of any amp (i use a Line 6). Comes in couple different colors, mines black. The locking tuners are a life saver...once its tuned...its tuned and lock those bad boys. The Flyod rose is the only pain n the butt though. if u dont know how to restring a floyd rose guitar..this uwld not be the guitar froyu...cause as i said its a pain n the butt.

Great guitar, got it last week and there's nothing to complain about.. Looks great, even better than the picture, sounds even better, good pickups with very heavy output,.. and it doesn't matter how hard you try, its never out of tune.. thanks guitar center team, I'm from Brazil and without your efforts things would have been even harder.. Thanks so much! Recommend the guitar for everyone.. feels weird to play it while sitting down on the first few days, but its just a matter of time to get used to it.. Best instrument ever!

This guitar for the most part is great. It would help if it were neck through, but it's no big deal. The compound radius neck is really fast and comfortable. The pickups sound really awesome and provide great sustain and kind of make up for it not being a set neck. The bridge position pickup is nice and hot, and the neck position sounds great too when you want to go with a hot-bluesier tone (sounds awesome for leads.) When you are playing the guitar standing up, it has a pretty awkward balance to it, it wants to tilt forward and kind of face the ground so sometimes you feel like you have to reach over the body just a bit when picking. Also, the floyd rose, although it is really fun and is great for doing all the squeelies and such, is pretty high maintenance. Overall, its a great feeling and sounding and well-built guitar that I have had for about 3 years.
