Jackson KV2 King V USA Electric Guitar (511448)
Availability:

A king with regal bearing!

The Jackson KV2 King V USA Electric Guitar is a lavishly appointed version of the King V. With a Floyd Rose Original double-locking tremolo, alder body ( flamed maple top on transparent finishes), quartersawn maple neck with thru-body design, compound-radius ebony fingerboard with real mother-of-pearl sharkfin inlays, Seymour Duncan SH-4 neck pickup, and a Seymour Duncan TB-4 bridge pickup. Includes deluxe Jackson/SKB molded case.

Jackson's compound-radius fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out. With a more relaxed hand, you'll play better!

Check the drop-down menu to the right to select colors and/or other options.

  • sick guitar

Im just going to say this guitar is phenomenal! everything about it is perfect! it never goes out of tune, it has great sustaine and a killer tone you would expect from a jackson! this is my second favorite guitar I have ever touched besides the SL1 Soloist, but that is just because the shape is more comfortable(the tone on this guitar is definetly thicker, I cant decide which I like better tho). This is just a fantastic guitar for the price. Jackson ftw!

Great for recording? Great for playing live? Great for everything a guitar needs to be great for! Recorded our last two albums with it ? I?ve also taken it on a few tours ? I plan on getting another before Sept! ?it makes every other guitar feel like a toy Mike of Hardwire

  • You'll be broke..but happy!!

As reviewed by DanfromDieSmylin on 5/21/2008

I've been playing KV2 models for the last 13 years, and asides from one tone potentiometer going bad, they have been an absolute dream. The older models seem to have a slimmer neck than the post-Fender buyout models, but the action is mainley the same. Like any V (King or Rhoads)you'll need to watch the peaks of the body. They chip very easily..but are great for stabbing bass players. Overall this guitar is amazing ..and you will not be disappointed.
