Product Information

Tude and tone to spare.

The Jackson RR5 Rhoads Pro Electric Guitar gives you superior tone, sustain and playability. This version of the Randy Rhoads V has it all: neck-thru-body construction, an alder body, maple neck with a compound-radius rosewood fretboard, a pair of Seymour Duncan TB4 humbuckers, tune-o-matic-style bridge with strings thru body, sharkfin inlays, and gold hardware. Looks hot and sounds hot!

Jackson's compound-radius fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out. With a more relaxed hand, you'll play better!

With our Guaranteed Lowest Price, you can be assured of complete satisfaction and the lowest available price, or your money back!

Sweet Guitar!!!

This thing is undoubtedly the sweetest guitar I've ever played. Everything from the looks to the feel to the sound is beautiful. The thing comes loaded with gold hardware, neck thru body, a variety of sweet finishes, compound radius neck with awesome inlays, and an amazing bride. This axe looks stunning with the great design and deluxe features. Going beyond the looks, it plays like an absolute dream. The neck is thin and sleak and the entire guitar fits like a glove. The SD's sound as hot as the active EMG's in my other guitar, only with better cleans and a smoother sound for soloing. Everything about this guitar is perfect. It may be a bit pricey, but in this case, it's worth every cent you pay.

Jackson RR5

The Jackson RR5 would be a great addition to someones rig. Even though this guitar is geared more toward heavier, more aggressive styles of music, you can still get pretty good sounds out of this that will fit your needs.

Almost worth it

For style, nothing beats this guitar. Overall, I think it's a bit pricey, given the basic features (plastic pickup rings on a $1200 guitar?). One thing I was surprised about was the bridge. The strings on the treble side bend over the back of the bridge in addition to the saddles, making it more difficult to stay in tune; tension can vary. I find it easy to play sitting down, provided you use a more classical style of holding the guitar. My Ibanez RGT42 had better fret access; the v body meets the neck at about the 17th fret, where the v spreads out. The neck profile is good for shredding, but comfortable for long jams. The pickups are decent, the bridge has great pinch harmonics, but is too trebly and mid-scooped for my taste. Pickups lack character clean. The body cavities are surprisingly well shielded. In the end, if you can get a good price, or have some extra cash, buy this guitar. It has great presence, can handle a variety of styles and is a wonderful player.

Truely an amazing guitar.

The jackson RR5 is truely an amazing guitar. it has great looks, and great playability to it. great for playing really fast, or just insane riffs. the flaw in this guitar would have to be how hard it is to restring the guitar. but its pretty hard stringing any jackson guitar anyway. I would definately prefer this guitar to anybody who is looking for an amazing sound. !! !! XXJamesXX

The Greatest Guitar To Be Made

This is the greatest guitar to have ever been made. I have used it for about 2 hours and i fell in love with it. Despite what most people say about not sitting down with it, you get used to it in about 15 minutes. I'm saving up to by me one of these metal master guitars.
