Unique snow white finish.

The Jackson DK2 Dinky Electric Guitar sports dual Duncan Designed humbuckers mounted on a sleek alder body for plenty of warm, chunky tone. The shred-eriffic rock maple neck sports a bound compound-radius maple fretboard. A scalloped heel means uninhibited access to the upper frets, while a Floyd Rose double-locking trem lets you dive as deep as you want.

Jackson's compound-radius fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out. With a more relaxed hand, you'll play better!

Jackson DK2M Dinky Electric Guitar Features:

  • Alder body
  • Rock maple bolt-on neck
  • Bound rosewood compound-radius fingerboard
  • 24 frets
  • 25-1/2" scale
  • 1-11/16" nut
  • Matching headstock
  • Jackson-licensed Floyd Rose low-profile double locking trem
  • Sharkfin inlays
  • Binding binding
  • Dual Seymour Duncan humbuckers
  • Black hardware

Better then my soloist

Thats right, I have 17 guitars 9 are Jacksons, I went into Guitar Center to by another Marshall amp & ask to play this guitar. It plays faster then my Jackson Soloist, is more accessible for fast playing. The Maple fingerboard had me flying through my appegios, I am going to trade in my soloist because it does not allow me to play as fast as this Metal Monster. By the way Seymour Duncans have never let me down, this Jackson is no different, the Duncan pickups have power & that warm heavy sound without clogging up like some other famous brands due. One Try You'll Buy

I tried this out along with a few other models in its price range trying to decide which one to get and this by far plays and sounds better then the competition. The neck is sweet fast, and although you can not see it in these pictures the body by the upper frets is actually scalloped away (not rounded off) so instead of a sharp edge digging into your pinky/hand it has been formed to allow more comfortable access to the upper frets...first time I have seen this. And the duncan pickups give a nice warm metal sound for crunch in the low notes and flute like highs for your solos. Shreds wicked fast without the nasty hissy tone of most metal guitars. Good balance of tone and distortion so your not loosing your notes in a hissy high gain metal mess. I bought it =-) its deffinatly worth it. Gives me a good tone choice with it and my Ibanez RGT neckthru.

Shredding Machine

I have owned a few top dollar guitars in my lifetime including high-end Jacksons. This guitar blows them all away!! The neck is the thing, it is soooooo nice. It feels almost as if it is scalloped. It is fast!! The guitar is beautiful as well with killer tone. Sell of your other guitars and get this one, it rules!
