Great frets and fret board. Good sustain, and the Floyd Rose works well. The pick ups are a good mix. Love the finish and hardware. Loud guitar. High quality!!!!
I have/play several types of guitars from Fender Strats and Teles to Gibson Les Pauls and a custom built Wayne guitar from Wayne Charvel. Honestly, this Adrian Smith Jackson is my main guitar now. Mine is the one with the ebony fretboard and white pickguard. The guitar feels awesome, I love the wide fretboard, the tone is pristine clean and dirty (going through Marshall Valvestate halfstack). The noiseless single coil pickups paired with the Dimarzio make this one of my most diverse guitars, covering everything from Iron Maiden to Madonna (and there are times I gig and have to play that wide of a spectrum!). Well built, this guitar played perfect as soon as I unpacked it. No setup needed, only a very slight tuning. I was afraid to change strings for several weeks afterwards as I didn't want to jinx myself! Yes, a little pricey, but well worth the price tag. You are getting a lot of guitar that covers multiple guitars in a typical live player's arsenal.
