BEST ULTRAPORTABLE PA

By John Alexander

from New Orleans

Comments about JBL EON 210P Portable PA System:

I have used several small PA systems in the past, but this system is the best combination of sound quality, portability, and price. At 33 pounds it is truly ultraportable. It is one of the few ultraportable systems with a good full range response. When I really want to play loud, I connect an Electro Voice ZXA1 Sub to the monitor output and turn down the bass on my input sources and crank the sub on the monitor output. This shifts much of the bass from the mains to the sub and really allows the system to reach very high output levels.. When configured with the ZXA1 Sub as described, the whole thing really rocks and only weighs 80 pounds all combined! Alone, this system sounds great. With the sub attached, the sound quality and volume is incredible. Have Guitar Center configure the 210p with the ZXA1 Sub as I have described, set monitor output to 7, sub output to 7-8, attach an iPod or iPhone with bass reduction eq setting on and you will not believe the quality sound you hear! You must hear to believe. I have started using this system in place of my full sized system for most applications.

Dont let the small size fool you

By Adam Stern

from Corpus christi, TX

Comments about JBL EON 210P Portable PA System:

I was looking for a decent PA system that did not cost a fortune. All of them were large form factors and were a pain to haul around and took up too much room in my house. So, I asked the salesman about these and he said, you wouldnt believe me so let me just play some music through it. He was right. If I closed my eyes I thought I was in front of speakers and a Amp. at least four times the size. For the size and the money.. It is very impressive.

JBL EON 210 P

By LUTHOR TULLO

from San Clemente, CA

Comments about JBL EON 210P Portable PA System:

Great product. Used for solo gigs as well as out door busking performances and meets all of my needs. This unit is great with vocals and acoustic guitars. I tried the Fender and Yamaha units but the JBL can't be touched for overall clarity and performance. Highly recommend.
