The JBL PRX515 is a 15" 2-way self-powered speaker system with a 400W low frequency and a 100W high frequency Crown Class D amplifier. It has a DSP-controlled input section with selectable EQ. The cabinet holds a 15" differential drive woofer and a 1-1/2" polymer diaphragm compression driver. It is a DuraFlex-covered, plywood enclosure with tough polyurethane protective end-caps, steel grille, die-cast metal handles, 35 mm pole socket, and nonskid rubber feet. Weighs only 57 lbs.

  • You won't find a better combination of price & quality

    Pretty much every experienced musician already knows Crown are some of the premier amplifiers available. And JBL is, likewise, a top name in speakers. With the PRX515 you get BOTH! One of the best speaker cabs on the market, powered by one of the best amps, anywhere. The BIG plus is their light weight, perhaps 1/2 the weight of an equivalent Mackie cab. Finally, the sound from these is excellent. Perfect for small to medium size forums, no sub-woofer needed! Excellent bass, crystal clear mids & highs. If you're looking for HIGH quality, great sounding speakers, you'll be hard-pressed to find anything else comparable to the PRX515.

  • can't get know better

    I Bought A pair of these JBL's PRX515's and wish I could have gotten 2 more because the sound from these speakers are excellent. The built in crown amps I get the whole 500 watts of power they only weigh like 54 pounds easy to break down.I am very happy with JBL.

  • BEST SPEAKERS I HAVE EVER OWNED

    I love these speakers!!! Someone I know has a pair of behringer powered speakers, and they have nothing on these JBL. And everyone knows that Crown is one of the best amps you can own, and JBL is one of the top speaker brands. Put them together and you have complete perfection! I would recommend these speakers to everyone and anyone. They are 500 watts RMS. Most other speaker brands rate in peak watts so make sure you do some research on whether the speakers your buying are rated in RMS or Peak.
