The SA-22 Ingles Cello and Bass Stand is a worry-free, adjustable, locking stand with a bow holder. This stand is ideal for home use, but also great for schools and gigs where safety is a primary concern.
Love this bass stand. Sturdy,and well made. Price is also right. Highly recommend.
I bought this stand for my cello. I am very pleased with it. The stand is well made and sturdy. The neck of the cello is secured with a sort of gate that makes it very easy to remove and replace the cello in it's stand. One of the features that I particularly like is that you can put the cello away with the end peg fully extended. If I had to find a fault with the stand, I would like to have seen the bow holder peg placed to the side instead of the back. As it is, when the bow is holder is extended, the bow holder goes straight to the back. If the bow holder were at the side, then the stand could be placed closer to a wall. However, I am well satisfied with the stand. I wouldn't trade for any other I have seen.
This stand is an excellent choice for my cello. It was more on the heavy duty side than I had expected...a definite plus. I feel it's value is worth more than what I paid for it.
