Introduced in 1954, the Les Paul Junior was a budget model aimed at the student market. It featured a flat, uncarved mahogany body with no binding, a P90 pickup, and a wraparound combined bridge/tailpiece.This particular guitar has a blonde/yellow finish instead of the typical sunburst. Referred to as the 'TV' model, it looked better on the black and white televisions of the era.
