The ES-225, always a favorite amongst rockabilly and blues players, is a milestone in the developement of the modern semi-hollow body electric guitar. Notable Feaures include the first ever reinforced top (intended specifically to reduce feedback), single P-90 pickup, and a trapeze tailpiece. It's most famous tone moment was when George Thorogood used it to record his signature song "Bad to the Bone".
