In the summer of 1991, Ernie Ball Music Man released one of the most iconic signature instruments ever created. Featuring a hand-stained figured maple top* on a solid basswood body with a figured maple neck and a Floyd Rose locking tremolo, this unique design was destined to become the ultimate heavy rock guitar of its time. Now, Ernie Ball Music Man is proud to offer the 20th Anniversary Limited Edition Axis Tribute Guitar in all eleven original finishes. Each 20th Anniversary Axis Tribute guitar features a rare chocolate brown back**, figured maple neck with locking tuners and hand-stained matching headstock***. An upgraded Ernie Ball Music Man Floyd Rose tremolo bridge with top-mounted Floyd Rose-style nut and an original-style G&G hard case complete the package.
