Comments about Ibanez JSM10 John Scofield Signature Semi-Hollowbody Electric Guitar:

I'm not one to be overly excited about a new ax, having said that this guitar just speaks to me. I'm hoping it's not just a honeymoon period. I feel as though I've found the perfect fit as far as a guitar goes from my perspective..that's not to say I won't be playing my American made Strat, Custom Shop Tele and my Gibson Les Paul all great guitars. Time will tell if this will be my all time favorite...it's nice to have this problem. I'm just grateful I pulled the trigger and bought the Ibanez Jon Scofeild model. So far I'm very impressed!

Best money I ever spent. EVER.

Comments about Ibanez JSM10 John Scofield Signature Semi-Hollowbody Electric Guitar:

I've had this guitar for four months now. I've waited to write this to see if the honeymoon period would wear off. It has only gotten better. I love this instrument. It is beautiful to see, feels wonderful in my hands and sounds fantastic. I had been playing a Gibson Les Paul special (low end model) and I was frustrated with it. I'll never forget the day I plugged in my JSM-10. I stared in disbelief at the incredible Isound coming from my Marshall. This thing sounds fantastic. I've never owned a high-end guitar, but my playing buddy has a Gretsch Country Gentleman and I wouldn't be the least bit interested trading guitars (but I am jealous of the Bigsby on the Gretsch). My Martin and Guild acoustics have been relegated to their cases. I split my time between keyboard and guitar, and when I'm practicing the keyboard, it's hard not to reach for the Ibanez every time I glance over at it. I have been focusing on jazz, but this thing sounds so good that it's hard not to drift off into Eagles, Allmans, Beatles etc. There is nothing I don't love about this thing. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT.
