The Ibanez GRX20DX Electric Guitar has the sleek neck and fast action of the GRX20 with the added elegance of deluxe features such as a rosewood fretboard adorned with Ibanez's signature sharktooth inlay. It boasts a maple neck bolted to a basswood body, two howling ceramic humbuckers—a Powersound 1 at the neck and a Powersound 2 at the bridge—that crank out grinding, gritty tone for days, while the standard rocking tremolo lets you dive bomb your way to musical bliss.

This was my second electric guitar and it was better than my Epiphone Les Paul Jr. but, it is a starter guitar. I am so happy that I bought one of these instead of a Squier Strat. This guitar has better quality equipment. Overall, I would only buy this guitar if I was a beginner.
I had no problem with this guitar. It's probably the best beginner guitar I ever bought, even out of all the three I have. It's perfect for playing Heavy Metal, especially with the Fender Mustang version amps. But I warn you, If you don't like scratches, don't get Night Black, it scratches very easily. But overall, I'm absolutely pleased with this guitar.
Got this guitar for Christmas and it was good the 3 days I didn't have my tuner, but when I got home I found out that once I finish tuning all 6 strings from low E to high e, low E would be out of tune already. I tried this with my other guitar and it wasn't that much of a problem. I tinkered with the bridge tightness settings and found that if they are at the longest length, they don't go out of tune as fast, but give a rattly sound. I like the guitar, but I have already broken 2 strings on it tuning it so much.
