Pretty great.

Comments about Ibanez GART50QA Electric Guitar:

This guitar, first off, looks amazing. Hard to find a good-looking singlecut this low priced. Anyway, down to the good stuff. The pickups are great, the neck is nice and smooth, the pots and switch work wonderfully, and it holds its tune just fine. The guitar isn't heavy at all, and like I said before, the body style and finish are amazing. I'm able to get great Rock, Metal, Jazz, and Blues tones out of this thing with a bit of turning the knobs. I've had it for two months and haven't had a single problem out of it yet. Basically, if you're looking for a guitar to start out with, to have as a backup, or to have as a mod platform, but this. You won't be disappointed.

Not What I Thought

By Gunner

from Oklahoma

Comments about Ibanez GART50QA Electric Guitar:

I checked this guitar out on Guitar Center and Ibanez's website before purchasing. It appeared to be a pretty solid guitar. However when I bought it I noticed several things wrong with it. Glue was seeping from where the nut and neck meet, the bridge was not fastened properly, the pickups were flopping around inside and overall the guitar felt pretty cheap. Not to mention the knobs were made of plastic (this disappointed me.) This guitar is only good for first time players. If you are not one, I don't recommend buying this guitar.

Bang For Your Buck!

By S. James

from Sacramento

Comments about Ibanez GART50QA Electric Guitar:

I love this guitar! The rounded single cutaway shape is solid, comfortable, and easily playable. The basswood body is light and the set-in neck gives surprising sustain. Whether it's classic rock, alternative, metal, jazz, or other, the GART50QA is versatile enough to perform. The axe is powered by two powersound humbuckers that you can't beat for the price. I play all kinds of music through Marshall and Peavey amps and the GART sound better than many higher priced guitars I've played. Money well spent!

Great Looking Beginners Guitar

By Anonymous

from Knoxville.MD

Comments about Ibanez GART50QA Electric Guitar:

This a review for the ibanez GART50QA. Here are some pros and cons. Pros- -Finish is awesome, looks more professional for a beginners price -Hot Pick-ups -Good neck feel, fast Cons- -Bad tuning machine heads -Be a major upgrade with a tremolo -Really muddy neck pick up with tone high or low on any setting clean, distortion, etc. I would recommend this for beginners or a guitar for anyone who wants a good looking instrument without spending a lot of money.
