A Great Bass!

Comments about Ibanez EWB10ASEO Exotic Woods Acoustic-Electric Bass Guitar:

I have played a lot of different acoustic basses (Dean, Fender, Ibanez, and Washburn) and I liked the sound and feel of the Ibanez the best. I bought this bass because of the materials they used. The ash gives the bass nice warmth. The open pore design will only make the bass sound better with age. The neck is made of mahogany with a rosewood fretboard and bridge. The neck has a rough feel to it but only feels different and not in a bad way. I'm just used to smoother necks. There are fret dots on top of the neck. The onboard tuner is very accurate. This bass sounds great plugged in or not. The body is not a jumbo and is very comfortable to play standing or sitting. I only gave 4.5 for quality only because during shipping the bass was wrapped in styrofoam and put a little bit of shine on top of the body by the saddle. On a low gloss finish this stands out if looked upon at the right angle. This is a bass that sounds AND looks great. You will not be sorry if you buy this bass!
