My New favorite Guitar!!!

By Dean L.

from Daphne, AL

Comments about Ibanez Artcore Hollowbody Guitar without Tremolo:

I have been a diehard Strat player for 25 years. My biggest musical influence being Clapton, I recently wanted to get back to a more vintage sound prevelent when he was with Cream. So I figured it was time to experiment with a hollowbody. I had gone into the store to check out the Epiphone Dot Studio and started picking around on it, when the sales guy there said "hey give this one a try, and if you like it we can work a deal it's on clearance." Long story made short, I walked out with the Ibanez after 15 minutes! The price we negotiated was great too (2 bills large+ tax). Not that I needed anymore of a discount to be convinced to get this axe, but it sure was a sweet steal....oops I mean deal. This is now my new favorite guitar, however I still stroke the strats to let them know they are loved too. This is a must have guitar for sound, styling, and affordability you can't go wrong. I have owned countless guitars in 25 years, many of them quites costly. This baby is a keeper! "The price of the guitar will not make you play better, practice is the price you pay to play better on any guitar!" Getcha One!!!

Comments about Ibanez Artcore Hollowbody Guitar without Tremolo:

I bought this guitar almost a month ago after spending alot of time at GC playing everything on the wall. The only thing about the guitar I don't like is that when playing clean, (and I do alot of that,) you can hear the pick-up switch when you toggle between pick-ups. Other than that, it is a great guitar. The tone is great, clean or dirty. The finish is beautiful and clean. The action was set up better than I expected and the tuners are sweet. This guitar plays very nicely, records very well, and has been worth more than I paid for it. If you want a lot of bang for your limited buck, I reccommend the Ibanez Artcore Hollowbody Without Tremlo.

I have several "rock" oriented guitars, but I wanted a hollow-body to get a better blues sound. For the money...YOU CAN NOT BUY A BETTER GUITAR THAN THIS ONE!...Great tone, sound quality, action, TOTALLY AWESOME!

Sweet Guitar

Comments about Ibanez Artcore Hollowbody Guitar without Tremolo:

I own this guitar. It has great tone and it plays nicely with an amp. It is easy on your fingers and the tailpeice lets you bend the sound a little bit. Overall great guitar. If you are looking for a hollow-body and your budget is low, this would be the guitar to look at.

This guitar rocks

By Bigfoot

from Dayton, Texas

Comments about Ibanez Artcore Hollowbody Guitar without Tremolo:

I went to guitar center looking for a good inexpensive hollowbody guitar. I walked in and immediately saw this guitar. This Ibanez artcore hollowbody without tremelo is the best guitar for the price. I would pay double but I'm only a kid and can't afford twice the price. I recommend this guitar for anybody wanting a good hollow body. The tone is unbeatable and I would not change a thing on this guitar except maybe the strings after a while.

My first hollowbody

By Paolo

from Southern California

Comments about Ibanez Artcore Hollowbody Guitar without Tremolo:

This guitar is great! I tried every possible tone and mode in the store to see if I could find fault, but I just couldn't. It performed well on clean mode (what I was looking for). The distortion performance was a pleasant surprise and jazz/blues was especially defined. Sounds pretty good without an amp as well. This is possibly the most satisfied I've ever been with a guitar purchase especially 'cause I was able to get a discount on it 'cause it was the display piece. I can't wait to use it in church this afternoon. Definitely a work of art. Give it a look-over and try it out!

Excellent hollowbody tone!

By Kristallin

from Orange, CT

Comments about Ibanez Artcore Hollowbody Guitar without Tremolo:

I've had this guitar for about two months now, and I just can't put it down. The neck is comfortable, and the tone is beautiful. The humbuckers dish out plenty of brilliance and warmth, and it can really scream when you kick the amp into overdrive. Overall I've found it more versatile than I had previously hoped it to be - I expected a jazzbox, but got a truly versatile workhorse. And it's black, so it goes with everything! The price itself is scandalous - you could charge twice as much and it would still be fair.

Awesome sound

Comments about Ibanez Artcore Hollowbody Guitar without Tremolo:

I bought this guitar as my main guitar and let me tell you it sounds great. The action is pretty low, the pickups are good even though they are not duncan, ha. The only thing i would do is bring the bridge down to lower the action just a little more. I would also get new strings.
