EMG pickups have a dual-coil design for low noise and plenty of output. They have the punch and fullness of older passive designs along with added brightness for a better-defined tone. A Ibanez bass's 3-band EQ offers ample tone tweaking capability, while cosmo black hardware and a gloss finish create a slick look.
