NEW REVIEW - Great for the price.

I've had this for about a month and a half now. I am in Iraq and with the heat and the dry weather this guitar has been doing just fine, eventhough I have been hammering away on it. Great quality for the price and it's a good looking piece as well.

NEW REVIEW - Must Buy!!!!

I got this guitar starter pack about 5 months ago. Im pretty impressed with the way it has turned out. Me and my friends formed a Christian Metal band a few months ago and this guitar is really holding up. The pickups aren't great but its perfectly fine for beginners. I would recomend any beginner out there wanting to find a good reliable guitar to choose this one. Me and my friend both have one and his has held up for 4 years and still works great. This is a great guitar. All beginners need to buy this!!!!!!!

Great starter package!

I selected this package Because of the price, and because the sales person told me it would be more suited to playing metal than the other packages I was interested in. I am a total beginner, but this package had everything I needed to get started. The range of sounds it can produce is pretty good. It goes from nice and mellow to a nice deep and rough tone which I love. All I need to do now is practice, and learn to play. The only problem I have is the guitar is heavy in the neck and tends to dip down. Other than that I don't have any other issues. I would recommend this to anyone looking to start out.

MUST BUY!!!!!!!

i bought this guitar today and its just great, the quality is better than some higher quality Ibanez's, it plays any style of music, any parts and thing, im a begginer but i dont have to be an advanced player to tell you this guitar is good, pickups are good, i recommend this guitar to all guitar players beginner threw advanced..

Great Beginner Kit

Sales Guy at local GC adviced me to get this as i was looking for a black epiphone sg which wasnt availble at the time. so far the guitar is very good, with no issues at all. the amplifier is superior to all other starter kits and the guitar tone is great for the price. other accessories are good, excpet it doesnt come with spare strings. i broke a string while tuning and i had to get new strings. other than that it was not bad at all. it came with a decent guitar bag(decently padded) and very good headphones. and above all Paul Gilbert's instructional DVD was very very helpful
