This was my 1st bass, lets talk about the stuff in the package, Guitar, it's a jazz one imo, the guitar overall is pretty good, but the sound rattles alot on this guitar. Gig bag, broke after after 1 month, the straps of it just broke, other than that its okay. Amp , wayyyyy too small, and not the same one as on the picture, its a little different, dont play it on full always mine broke cause of playing on full. Tuner, cant get drop c, other than that works. Picks, didn't even get them... Strap, not the same as on the pic, very bad strap broke after 2 months. instruction dvd, couldnt get it to work, headphones , didnt get them either. The small bag, didn't get it. Cable works good.
Pretty cool bass for my first one. I have fun with it every time I play it. I will recommend it to everyone who wants to get started with the bass.
This Jumpstart Pack was my first experience with a bass+amp, until a year later. First off, the Bass itself isn't bad, it may not have professional bass tone, but it is good enough for a beginner. The amplifier is good as well but i wouldn't consider using it for live performances, only practicing. The Amplifier tends to rattle after hitting the fifth dot of the knob levels. The Bass is pretty heavy, and the included strap broke after 2 months. Also, the gig bag strap broke too. Overall this is a great beginner bass but i suggest as soon as you become more of an intermediate player, you buy a new bass and amp.
