Awesome Jazz Guitar

I have been playing my GB10 for about a month and I love this guitar. I play as a hobby, my interest is jazz, and I prefer a finger picking style. I had a problem with my previous hollow body sounding dull with flat wound strings and a tendency to be very bassy causing feed back problems. The GB10 solved all of that. It had the features I most wanted - maple body, spruce top, ebony fretboard and floating pick ups. I set it up with D'Addario ECG24 jazz light strings. The articulation on this guitar is incredible. The neck pick up renders the warm woody tone you expect from a jazz guitar. In combination with the bridge pick up you can brighten the tone although I would not use the bridge pick up alone. The highs, mids and lows are very well balanced. It is surprisingly heavy for a hollow body but it lets you know you are holding a quality instrument. The size is very comfortable and the fretboard has an amazing quality feel. The neck is what I call a flattened "C" shape. I find it easier to form those difficult chord positions and soloing is smooth and clear. The GB10 is a joy to play and well worth the investment.

Sweet Guitar

I love my GB10. It has a sound, a fatness, that only a hollow body can deliver yet it's comfortable to play. It gets a little heavy standing with it for 3 sets. I can that a very smooth warm sound or a brighter sparkle tone. Combining the pickup and then pull out some of one or the other can provide some additional tonal versitality. I
