A fine yet affordable funk machine.

The 5-string Ibanez EDB bass was created for those who love to slap and pop their way through the groove. The basswood body is light enough to save your back and resonant enough to be highly responsive. DXH-MN neck and DXH-MB bridge pickups with Phat EQ controls let you dial up perfect sounds for funky rock or R&B.

Better than basses twice it's price!

This bass has been great to me for 3 years now, and i have to say that Ibanez has done a fantastic job for the what this bass is priced at. There is no rattling or buzzing when the strings are played like most other basses with the same price. The sound is great for rock and metal. Would not recommend for players that mainly play jazz

Excellent Bass

I play this bass in church. The sound and tone of the bass is very good. The phat EQ makes the bass sound really deep. The only problem I have with this bass is that there is no separate latch for the battery. You have to unscrew the back to get to the battery. Other than that, it is a great bass to play.
