Mighty in both sound and appearance.

The BTB575FM 5-string bass guitar has the kind of curves that would make Boticelli proud. An apple bottom with a long, thin upper horn and deep cutaways on both sides of the fret, it's an electric bass that will stand out in any situation on visuals alone. Where the fretboard and body meet, the BTB575FM's finish is angled downward crossways adding to its allure. The 5-piece maple/bubinga thru-neck and figured maple top complete with the optical stimulus. Soundwise, the mahogany body gives off plenty of smooth tones given some oomph by the dual MK2-5 pickups.

NEW REVIEW - Sweetness

I love this bass. It's tone is low and warm with that awesome growl. The EQ makes thiis thing so versitile to, you can play all kinds of music, from funk to rock and it sounds good on all of them. Also, I find that some 5 string basses have the strings a little too close together, but the spacing of the strings on this bass is really comfortable, it's just right. This bass is to die for, it will deliver anything and everything you could ask for.

Get this Bass!!!

This bass is incredible!!! The Bartollini pickups are clear and well balanced, and the EQ is very musical. The sweepable midrange comes in very handy. The guitar itself is balanced, and doesn't feel too heavy, but definitely feels solid. This is the bass I'm going to record my EP with!!!

My best bass

When I first saw this bass I was simply amazed. Visually, the instrument is absolutely outstanding. When I laid my hands on it I couldn't stop playing, it has such a smooth feel to it. The control knobs are perfect so you get the sound you want. The only slight downside is that the bass is pretty heavy, but all the other aspects of it make-up for that. This is the best bass in my small collection and I'm glad I got it, I recommend you do too.
