Ibanez Artcore AG75 Electric Guitar (519451)
Availability:

Premium looks with powerful sonics.

The Artcore AG75 has a large full hollowbody that is truly full-hollow. Unlike many so-called "full acoustics" which feature soundblocks in the body, the AG75 gives you the rich, complex tones you can only get from a true, full-hollow guitar. The mahogany neck with bound rosewood fretboard plays fast and easy. An ACH1 neck humbucker and ACH2 at the bridge dish up plenty of midrange punch.

  • Getcha one!

As reviewed by Dave Boudreaux on 10/18/2009

I wanted something in my collection as an alternative to Strats, Teles or Les Pauls. Gotta say that for the money, this guitar is a gem. Some reviewers have commented about the setup, but I can't complain. I definitely agree about the lack of feedback issues and the appearance is stunning! If you want a versatile guitar that can cover smooth jazz, blues, rockabilly or even rock, this is it. At this price, it's too good to pass up.

  • My pride and joy

As reviewed by Deven C. Edgerton on 2/14/2008

This guitar is absolutely beautiful and sounds great both with and without an amp. The hollowbody feature sounds really smooth and soft and it doesn't interfere with the sound of your amp. I recommend this guitar to anyone who loves a smooth sound and a pretty guitar.

  • Good Guitar For The Money

As reviewed by Brad Francola on 9/1/2011

I have a lot of guitars - mostly USA Made Gibson's and Fenders. However, this is my second Ibanez. For the money, Ibanez is really hard to beat. I ordered my AG75 on-line and picked it up last night. When I took it out of the box, the guitar was not setup well at all. However, after I adjusted the truss rod, the bridge height, took the slack out of the saddle adjustment screws (to eliminate buzzing) and cleaned some gunk off the frets, the guitar now plays great. If you can't make these adjustments yourself, it's worth paying someone to it. Once the guitar is properly setup, it really plays well. I guess this is the downside of buying online. I'm 5'8" tall and I really like the slightly smaller body size - it is a very comfortable guitar to play. This guitar plays well and sounds good. Definitely a great guitar for the money.
